I have a chip with the FBI logo on one side and the word "integrity" on the other. Have no idea where it came from (neither do any of the local FBI offices, of which I have called them all, nor the FBI information officer in Washington). I am posting a scan here along with a scan of a Reno Hilton NCV token which is the same type of chip. Obviously plastic, probably extruded or whatever that's called.

Any direct help would be appreciated. Otherwise, if anyone knows who makes this kind of chip, I'd love to be able to call them about the FBI chip.
