As I have not yet received these chips, I might be the recipicient of a misdirected con job. I don't know why this would be as I am not paying anything for these chips, just suppose to receive thim on consignment.

If in fact Mel bought the balance of these chips with the understanding that he had them all, then I had better stay out of this deal and rescind my offer.

As far as the ownership is concerned, many people at the club (Ocean's eleven know skip, verified his ownership (or should I say partnership) and have even worked for him. Maybe I'd better check this out also.
