Hi Paul ----- long time, no see!
Was just going through eBay and saw your lot description for this chip.
Do you have documentary or other evidence that this chip was actually
used on the set?
If not, are you aware that Paul-son has continued to produce them by the
thousands after the original production run was returned by the the
movie company.
I have it on good authority (directly from Paul-son, via email which I
will forward to you separately), that the original production run (and
hence the chips which were used on the set, if any were, which is still
a matter of some controversy), did NOT have round inlays (though, as
you'll see, they did not describe what inlays were used in the original
run).
I have written to Paul-son again for clarification, but have received no
response as of yet. ----- jim o\-S
I know this seller from previous contacts and trades. He is a long-time casino employee and a straight-shooter. I would be very surprised to learn that he has intentionally misrepresented this chip. I suspect that he posted based on information he received from someone else. ----- jim o\-S
