That's how I got sucked into the game; when it first hit L.V., I was staying at MGM; sat down early the morning before our convention and watched a young guy get a heart flush and a few hands later four fours. Each time he would point at the dealer's last down card and say "BE THERE." Table was a fun table so we'd all echo "BE THERE." Came back later, more young people; sat down; got a few good cards and then came 3 hearts and the dealer turned the 4th I said "BE THERE" and the table said "BE THERE" and we all laughed when the music played. Then but a few hands later I got 3 fours and I knew my destiny. The dealer turned an ace and then I said "BE THERE" and the table sang out "BE THERE" and it was there. The only difference between me and the young fellow that hit earlier with the same hands was that he was playing 2 green chips on each circle and I had red ones--but I cleared $1,400 and was hooked for life.
