Re: Personal Attacks / Moral Convictions ?

I never said that I thought you were attacking me personally... This time. You and I have a philosophical difference of opinion on the severity of friends sharing a little... so be it. If sharing a little software with a friend is the worst thing I ever do in my life, I can live with that.

Also if you remember, when I made my comments about stealing other peoples scans, it was in reference to a person that had used someones elses scans, coming on the board and accusing that person of sabotoging his auction! Just because the scan originator changed the image to "This scan stolen from .....". So when people went to this persons auction instead of the stolen scan the other message had appeared. I did state in that same post that I didn't think using the scan was proper, but not the end of the world!

My offer still stands "If you can produce any evidence of me offering improper copy's of chip related reference material or software to anyone" my collection is yours. As to my offer to you in February, I think my position on this matter remains pretty consistent, as does yours.

So in my mind "round 2" of this matter is over, nothing has changed since this thread began, or since February for that matter. I have better things to do, like go golfing and roulette harvesting tonight. You probably have better things to do too. You can always work on a program for the slot machines that will allow more jackpot "near misses", or allow poeple playing nickle machines to play up to 10,000 nickles at a time with one pull. Anything to entice the housewife dropping the families grocery money into the machine that "She is going to strike the mother lode any minute now!!" Just kidding Larry!

I have never said that copying a little piece of software was right or recommended. I am just not going to get in a big "bunge" about it, just like I am not going to get in a big "bunge" when I put the stack of roulettes in my pocket tonight and walk out the door of the Casino!
