Kerry said something in this thread that is very, very important. "Do not mistake love for approval. The same principle goes for friends. Although sometimes we don't agree with or approve of everything others do, that doesn't mean we can't like and be friends with them. I would hope others feel the same toward me."
Let me say again, I am sorry for the tone of my original post. But I do not appologize for the content. I do not "have a beef with you personally." There are indeed much worse crimes than bootlegging, and different grades of bootlegging. What you proposed to Steve is pretty small potatoes. That doesn't make it right. For you to accuse me of thinking I am "Crist-like" is yet one more stab, instead of listening to what someone has to say.
Good software has value. Copying software without paying for it is stealing. Copying software put out by small companies hurts real people. Enough people copying a software package can put a small business out of business. If you are going to copy software, please don't advertise the fact on a public BBS. Please do not be surprised if some of your peers (and friends) disapprove of your actions.
