I must agree, Charles. With so many card rooms and Indian casinos, one would think the demand would be greater. But the same is true with Washington State chips.

It's true that most of the chips are less than desirable as far as beauty is concerned and commeratives are rare, except possibly the few that the Commerce Club might issue.

I still think that the old Somona Joe's chips are the most unique set, with Artichoke Joe's being second and possibly the Ocean's II current chips being the nicest.

Mel still feels that California will come into it's own eventually, but at our age, I'm not holding my breath.
