The area you refer to is right smack in the middle of the Pittman wash. It will flood whenever heavy rains hit. Hendersen or Green Valley, call it what you may, still sits in the Pittman wash and its flood plain. I hope the flood control we paid for will keep everything dry for you. Best, Jim
