Yesterday, I posted a notice that the Bicycle Casino (formally called the Bicycle Club) officially changed names. I spoke to the owner of the syndicate who is buying the IRS's 1/3 interest in the club (who is also one of the partners of Ocean's Eleven Casino) and he confirmed to me that as soon as they can decide on just what the new logo will be for the club, a new rack of chips will be ordered.

I don't know exactly when this will occur, but apparently it will be soon, as everyone is anxious (some legal reason involved.) When the new chips are put into use, a time limit will be set to allow people to turn in the old chips. After that they will be obsolete.

Now this is my offer to COLLECTORS only. If enough of you wish, I will make a trip to the Casino and pick up one (1) each of any of the current chips which will soon be obsolete in any denomination and charge you face value plus ($0.75) or actual shipping cost.

Aside from the $0.50 Hot stamped chips which are dirty and worn, they have $1.00, $2.00, $3.00, and $5.00 chips, plus I think $10.00, $20.00, $25.00 and $100/00 with a possibility of a $50.00. As I neither play the large games nor do I save anything in excess of $5.00 chips, I am really not sure of all the larger denomination chips.

If you want any extras for resale purposes or if any dealers want any chips, the cost will be my normal retail price. E.g. $3.00 for a $1.00 chip and $8.00 for a $5.00 chip etc. In other words, I will not become a supplier so people can make any money reselling these chips. This is strictly being done as a favor for collectors on this board.

I'm sorry that I don't have a scam of the current chips, but I just bought a new scanner and have yet to figure out how to use it.
