Mr. Frady, it's warming to know that you appreciate what the U.S. Coast Guard does for "America" (cute backhanded compliment). Regarding the people that "bellyacke" (sp) too much, if you are a member I remind you that I just finished serving the largest chip/token/casino memorabilia collectors club in the world as Treasurer for 6 years!! Please check your facts before you spout off about the U.S. Coast Guard's non-participation in "The Persian Gulf War". The U.S. Coast Guard had a large presence in and served proudly during "The Persian Gulf War". I cannot verify that the U.S. Coast Guard has participated in the horrible events in and around Kosovo but I would not be surprised if they did. I suggest that you befriend a military historian so that you can be sure that you have your facts straight when you decide to be an authority on the U.S. military.
