I'm lucky too, my house in Green Valley is not in a flood zone. My Condo on Tropicana & Eastern (that I rent out) is on the second floor, so I'm lucky there too. The people in the Miracle Mile Trailer Park are not so lucky & you really have to feel for them. Watching everything they own just float away. Andy - Las Vegas
