While I do not comment on the merits of the claim, I will say that it is the law that protects the rights of the holders of trade marks, patents or other intellectual rights. It is also the law that if someone who has a protected right does not take steps to protect that right that they forfeit the legal protection--thus the need to sue persons whose advertised addresses or titles arguably infringe on the protected rights. It aint the lawyers, Bob; it's the law.
