Ralph, yes, with the news of flooding I am pleased that we ended up selecting
a home site located on higher ground. If all goes well with the construction schedule in L.V. and also with the scheduled closing date for our NJ home that we are selling, it appears that we might be new L.V. residents somewhere around September 6th.
Let's all hope that the homes of other chipper friends living in the L.V. area
were not damaged or otherwise inconvenienced by the freak rain storm.
