Carnival Cruise Lines has sued the SeaEscape for copyright infringement. SeaEscape has been using the word "Fun" in their advertisements, which Carnival took offense to, as they have being using "The Fun Ships" in their promotions. Can you believe! Carnival was able to win a similar suit against Canaveral Cruise Lines saying that Canaveral sounded too much like Carnival. I have always contended that there are far too many lawyers with too much time on their hands. Only in America!!!!
