Archie-I don't see your point on this one. The Club VP asked (and on this board, not the club board) our opinions on two very specific options; so we responded with them. Now I assummed, and I think many others did too, the the VP was seeking our opinions on behalf of the Club officers. If that's not the case, she should have said so. And if there were many other options/facts to be considered, why did she leave them out? I agree completely about letting the officers do their jobs; but are you saying that if they ask our opinion, we shouldn't tell them? It doesn't seem to me that giving your opinion when asked is "second guessing" the board. It also seems curious to me that the rest of the board has been so silent on this issue. A simple "the matter is under consideration and no decision has been made yet" on the club board or this one I don't think is too much to ask, especially when the VP started the whole mess in the first place. regards, Mike
