Fantasy chips. I purchased a set at Paulson's retail store in June. (Chips were located in a chip rack on a blackjack table in the store, but the chips were for sale in the 4 denominations shown, just like other fantasy chips.) The "mobile casino" story could be true, but sounds doubtful. The chips wound up for sale at less than $1 each anyway. See picture of my set below.
