Hi Paul; I'm not trying to "curtail" anyone's speech. I hope you feel that I'm entitled to mine. My point is that the officers have all the facts and options available to them..... not the folks who are posting on this bb. I know, your come-back will be that the officers should share all the facts with all the opinionated people on this bulletin board. WRONG!

I've been quietly biting my tounge for the past week.... not saying a word on this subject for fear of igniting another round of debate. There are factors at work that most people are not aware of.... nor should they be. The club officers are simply not going to publicly debate every item they have to consider before they vote on important issues. Mr. Yee seems to have a very good understanding of what's involved here. I would recommend that everyone re-read his posts. I'll bet President Sarles has not had more than one or two letters about next year's convention dates/site from club members who are NOT on-line.... and I'm not knocking those who have spoken their piece on this bb, instead of the club board, where I still feel convinced the most attention will be received by those to whom the criticisms are intended..... Obviously, others don't share my viewpoint... and that's o.k. too. So Paul, put your wife on this board as you've suggested/threatened <g>, and once again, I'll suggest to you (and others) that club related stuff belongs on the club message board. :>}
