When I got my plaques from the "Chile connection", the postmark showed he shipped it the day after my cashiers check arrived. It was held in customs for almost 5 weeks! That's probably where your package is.

I've ordered from him twice and had no problems, other than waiting for 5-6 weeks for delivery.
