This issue's lead story is written by Doc Finstuen and is about Tom C. Moore who owned a few illegal clubs in the San Antonio area. Like always, our newsletter does not spend much time talking about local news as it does about new chip news and historical information. For better or for worse, the Texas Newsletter has become a "What's New" in illegal chip collecting and history. The stories in the newsletter cannot be found anywhere else.
