I just got in touch with the guy that has the chips. My information was a little off.
His father was in the advertising business and friends with Jack Todd. He handled some of the advertising for the Jack Todd Co. Jack Todd gave his father the chips. I told him I would post the chips here for illegal collectors to send for them, similar to the ones I posted for Rip in Biloxi. Will do that a little later.
