... as long as you limit the grading to Mint condition chips.
Using 100 as the top grade, you could grade them as follows:
CS100 ----- Dead Solid Perfect: under electron-microscope examination it can be determined that this is an absolutely perfect chip that has never been touched by human hands.
CS99 ----- 99 and 44/100 % pure: an otherwise perfect chip which has been touched once, but without lewd intent.
CS98 ----- still otherwise perfect, but several partial fingerprints of one person only appear on the rim only.
CS97 ----- still otherwise perfect, but some fingerprints of one person only lap over onto the surfaces of the chip.
CS96 ----- STILL otherwise perfect, but fingerprints of more than one person appear on the rim of the chip.
CS95 ----- same as CS95, except fingerprints of more than one person lap over onto one or both sufaces of the chip
CS94 ----- has minor manufacturing imperfection, such as a single color variation, covering not more than 2% of the total surface area of the chip, including the rim. Fingerprints on the rim only.
CS93 ----- same as CS94, but with fingerprints on one or both surfaces of the chip.
CS92 ----- minor manufacturing imperfections, including color variations in two or more colors, or slight blurring of letters, covering not more than 5% of the total surface area of the chip, including the rim. Fingerprints on the rim only.
CS91 ----- same as CS92, but with fingerprints on one or both surfaces of the chip.
CS90 ----- microscopic evidence that the chip has touched a gaming table (e.g., microscopic felt fibers attached to the surface of the chip or any sign or abrasion, no matter how slight).
NOTE, however, that any LE with a grade of CS90 or lower is deemed to be unworthy of collection. Anyone who finds such a chip should immediately submit it to a certified chip grading service. Upon confirmation of a grade CS90 or below, the chip will be ground into a cat litter without compensation to the owner.
"CS", BTW, stands for "Chip State", not that other alternative.
