The seller has zero feedback so he can not be taken for real. He does not understood eBay and the rules for selling in the special category of Real Estate. They charge a flat $50.00 for listing in the Real Estate category and their is no commission or obligation on either the buyers or sellers part to complete the transaction.
The Real Estate category is just a means of advertising and a very good one.

I have had over 700 looks at my listing and a couple of good leads.

This Joker couldn't list his bridge in Real Estate because he does not have $50.00 of credit with eBay until he gives them a credit card. He will just fade away since he is charged in the architechual category he did use.
