Charles, Am I interpreting your post correctly in that you care less about the members and others who are spending their hard earned dollars to buy your products? Do you conduct your business for your convenience or for the convenience of your customers?

Apparently you care less about us therefore our attitude should reflect in our decision when we decide from whom we should buy our products from.

I have bought all of my supplies from you in the past (and I must add was more than satisfied) but if I would have known about your care less attitude about my purchasing from you, then I must consider patronizing other venders. If you will remember, the last purchase I made from you was delayed due to circumstances beyond your control, but I accepted the delay without comment (the two week developed into about a month) but I though you appreciated it. I guess I was wrong. Sorry to have inconvenienced you with my order.
