Thanks for everyones help. I think the problem is on Ebays end. The font they used for the heading does not recognize ALT 155. As you can see in my description body of the chip the cent sign shows up. I bet if I use the 0162 ebay will recognize it. You see I didn't see the ? until it came back as listed. My System put a ¢ sign in. Thanks for your help, you all are are techies.
