John, this is one of the productive, excellent ideas I have heard in a long time. I hope the powers to be are reading your message and consider adopting such measures. I believe this will encourage many new people in joining the club. Being that they apparently are too occupied with their other interest to read these messages, you might want to e-mail each one of them personally.
