There is no cause for being sorry. I just wanted to
make it clear that Ralph's "ARUBA" book had values
on 99% of the chips listed to help Doug find what he
was looking for. I'm sorry for posting in the wrong
place. <g>
I think Ralph made the correct choice by not
publishing prices in the "Dutch Caribbean" book (as
did Mark Lighterman in his Florida book), though, as
I believe this is the trend for some of the newer
books in the works. Current pricelists, auction
results and the like are more up-to-date than
obsolete values in publications that are not updated
on a regular basis. The publisher can always make
available an addendum of market trends.
Now watch someone reply with: "Then what good is a
chip/token book without prices." Can you imagine the chip below having its first recorded sell value when the price doubled in November of last year and more than doubled (and sold) in less than six months? <g>
