Sorry, My confusion!
I recently got Ralph Pollack's excellent book on the Dutch Caribbean and have just started reading it.
The Dutch Caribbean book covers Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, and St. Maarten.
The Dutch Caribbean book does not contain values for the chips.
