Reading more and more post of Chips being lost in the mail, I was thinking maybe a central posting location might help in solving the problem.

I am sure the post office would like to know who is collecting chips without paying for them. I would think the people who have had 3 or more chips lost have a problem with their Post Office and I would not be so kind as to replace so many chips without a squabble with the Post Office.

If we posted the sending zip code and the receiver's zip code a pattern might show up. Then on the other hand, it might night be the Post Office.
