I see you never actually got an answer to your main question.

To answer you, this token is becoming very scarce now. 1994 was the first year that the Reno Airport did Silver Strikes.

Janice O'Neal's list shows them as being in play 10/94 which if they ran with this issue until their tokens dated 1995 came out around 4/95 then this would be a very short run. Also, there weren't as many Silver Striker's(collectors) around in 1994/1995 who went out of their way to go to the Reno Airport to obtain these tokens as you also had the high cost of airport parking to deal with.

Finding this particular token and it's companion the "Pitts S-2A" for the collector is getting very difficult and the bidding frenzy that E-bay takes on also shows an escalation of prices. Not to mention more collectors entering this speciality.
