I'm not sure as a seller on ebay, what I would think of that. Although 4 to 7 dollars is ridiculous. I have about 25 cents figured in the shipping for padded envelopes, tape, staples, all that little stuff. I do have one question though, How do you know how much it will weigh? I think everyone can figure what one or two chips would be, but what about 6 chips or 8 chips. What if they are metal insert chips, that usually weigh a little more. Or the ones with brass, that also cost a little more. What if your scale is just a tiny bit off, and that little tiny bit is actually 22 cents more, or maybe even less. I think a lot about the cost of shipping. Just last week I suggested insurance to my buyers. I've had 5 packages lost this month. I hate that it cost an extra $.85 and costs me more work. I used to insure everything, now I leave it up to the buyer. I hope you let this seller know that he needs to put his shipping info in his auction description.
