I hadn't really read the full description myself.

It is Clark Gable.

And describing that it is a $1 token redeemable for $10. I must have been asleep when I read that.

I too believe that shipping costs are becoming ABSURD on E-bay. I was going to bid on a token today until I noted the shipping charge of $4.

But the other problem I have is when the seller request this HIGH postage rate and sends the item in an almost "plain jane" envelope with some stiff packaging and no insurance for a whopping price of 75¢ postage on the envelope for one token.

I think that they feel it's a way of getting reimbursed for the Insertion fee and selling fees of their items.
