Marv; I'm not familiar with a Vincent Price "$1 coin redeemable for $10" in ANY CASINO on this planet..... much less Atlantic City. Do you know of any such V.P. silver strike Marv? This is your area of expertise. I think the seller may have misidentified the portrait that is charactarized on his $10 Trump Plaza silver strike.... or else I have misidentified it in my 1999 A.C. Catalog. I may be wrong, but I doubt if it is of Vincent Price. The only males in the $10 Hollywood Legends series that I know of issued by Trump Plaza are the following; Humphrey Bogart; John Wayne; Groucho Marx; Laurel & Hardy; W.C. Fields; and Clark Gable. Maybe he thinks Clark Gable should be Vincent Price? I really don't know. There is a resemblance. Was there a URL image with the description of the lot? Vincent Price would be a new one. What are YOUR thoughts?

As for the sellers condition to the sale that the buyer must pay $7 shipping..... we've all read of that abuse in similar threads before. It appears to me that many ebay sellers are making more on the postage and insurance (shipping) than they are on the item they are selling. Just my opinion of course. Why can't sellers be satisfied with the profit on the item being sold and simply beinging reimbursed for the actual postage and insurance costs affixed to the package? That's how I handle my popular A.C. New Issues Service... and have done so since the beginning.
