Hi Marv,

Could you please explain the significance of the outer ring being reversed. Does that mean that the inner and outer have been separated at some point and somehow this might be 2-pieces phonied together? Also, how is it even possible for the inner NOT to be centered?? Is it possible that the inner and outer became separated during casino handling, and they (the casino) attempted to put it back together - poorly? Lastly, will the casino honor it at face? Thanks.
