Most price guides give a price on a chip when there are not to many chips out there, When a large number come into the market then the price goes down. The $25.00 price offered was a fair one for a dealer to offer , then that dealer could resale the chips at a fair price. Just think how long its going to take to resale that many chips. There are not to many people out there taht will pay high prices for chips and roulettes are way down the list foe most collectors.
