I believe we have done business on eBay before.

I just weighted out a $1 Harley-Davidson Token - sandwiched between 2 pieces of medium weigh cardboard - in a #10 business envelope... Actual postage is 55 cents.

You could put the #10 envelope and cardboard sandwich in a slightly larger envelope and mail it all to him for 77 cents. Your total out of pocket would be $1.32.
