This is a portion of an Elks Club chip, B.P.O.E. 646. What you are seeing is the bottom of the letters "B.P.O.E." and the periods. When scanning this chip I noticed that the first two periods are small squares, while the center two periods are circles.
Is there a reason for that that anyone know of or is it just a coincidence?
Also, anyone know where lodge 646 was/is? The Elks online directory doesn't have an entry for that number.
