Mike, that's exactly what Bronco Billy's did this weekend. If you were signed up with them as a chip collector, they sent an advance mailing announcing the release with an order form (with limits of 5 individual chips and 1 GO set per name/address) so you could reserve chips in your name to pick up at the casino, or they'd mail them to you. The chips that weren't reserved were available at the cage for purchase. I personally prefer this arrangement.
