I think you're wrong on this one, Larry. At least I disagree with you.
I'll check for the post you mentioned on the club BB, stating that posts on the board are not "official" communications. Neal and Marty took a lot of time and energy to create CC>CC.COM for the discussion of club business and for club members to post their views, access an online directory, access a membership application and the constitution, bylaws and code of ethics, etc.
If you - or others - don't have time to visit the club board to find out about club business and express constructive opinions and suggestions, that's ok. But don't expect the club to change the way it does things to accommodate your lack of time or interest.
My understanding (as a member, not an officer) is that it's there for that purpose.
