What's interesting is that the marquee clearly advertises 25c craps, which conforms with Jim P.'s recollection about playing low-limit craps there in the 70's. (There was a discussion on the BB a month or so ago about the Flamingo Capri.) Good memory, Jim! I'm impressed.
