The irrelevant photos are not stored on Gregs BB so the text takes up more space. (mark me guilty) But I always keep them at the smallest possible size. Once you have read a message, that image is stored in cache, so it doesn't have to be re-loaded again with each message.

Which brings up the addition to your post which I would like to suggest. Please keep image sizes down. My personal limit is 50k which shouldn't take more than seconds. Sometimes people add 147k chip scans (as in one chip as big as a pizza!) and when I see it's loading, or will take a minute or two, I just hit the back button, and move on.

Many people come to the BB for more than chips, tokens, etc. We also have some friendly conversations about off topic items. Limostuds for example. (G) I don't feel that we should limit the discussions, images or subject matter, as long as the majority of the messages are relevant.

So I don't disagree with most of your ideas. I just like to see the friendly atmosphere and open format, rather than structuring the BB to excess.
