Regarding COTY/TOTY 2000. Archie Black has volunteered, and the board has appointed him chairmant of the contest. This is a time consuming and obviously controversial position. The board is pleased to have Archie back as this contest is his baby and should be a fun part of this hobby.
As chairman Archie will make all decisions regarding this contest, his decisions are final. I know Archie has some improvements in mind for next year per member suggestions, I'm sure he'll elaborate.
