I believe the figure on the cost to construct the Isle of Capri casino in Black Hawk was somewhere in the $60 million range. That'd tell me that company debt might be on the high side right now. I've been told that the contractor that built the Black Hawk casino has the blueprints to stack another six stories of hotel rooms on to it, so someone is confident of success.
