From a collector's point of view, since that is the only one I can have at present, I think some sort of "reasonable" limit is acceptable, as long as the chips are on a first-come-first-served basis and sold from the cage.

That being said, the collector has to realize that a dealer is going to have to be creative in obtaining the number of chips he needs to fill his potential customers' needs. Someone is going to have to pay for the extra time and trouble, namely, his collector-customers. That's the way the free-market works.
