I just looked up and there before me was the Original Antique Gaming Chips book by Dale Seymour. I bought the hard bound edition 313/500 about 10 or 12 years ago where I bought my first Slot machine A1-Slots on Industrial behind the Stardust. They are out of business now.

Of all the acknowledgements in the book only 2 names I recognize.
