But, just about any web authoring software will write that stuff for you with little instruction, and if you have software that tracks the HTML as you go along, the codes become easy to learn. You write in your language, the program makes what you write into HTML, and you see both as you do it. Amazingly, you pick up a thing or two as you try this stuff, and before you know it, you're making your own shortcuts using the code that you didn't realize you were learning!
