John, You certainly are correct in stating that non-club members have no right to meddle into club business. I do suggest, however, that club postings could just as well be posted here for all to see (members and non-members alike.)

This way, all members would have easy access to the information without having to read this board and then read the club board in addition. I doubt very much if I am the only person who does not bother reading the club BB.

As far a non-members reading the board, they have access to the club board anyway, but I don't know of a case where a non-member has intruded in club business. I don't know what could possibly be so secret that an outsider could not know about. At present, if one want's his opinions read by everyone, he will post it here. Very few people read the other boards and at that, most of it is just duplication. I don't even have the other boards bookmarked. But each to his own.

I guess it just comes down to the preference of an "old Man" who is satisfied with the status Quo and just doesn't really want to move. I'm having this argument with my wife about the same thing. She wants to move, and I am perfectly confortable right at home.
