Just my two bits: I too do not favor a grading system of the nature used in the book. And I find the "casino" indexing to be easier for me since I collect all Nevada chips. I second the suggestion that in the next edition that you cross-reference to TCR. Having said that, I was greatly surprised and pleased with your book. One only needs to look at the first edition of TGT and the first edition of TCR and compare them with the present editions to see how a good book can be improved and also see where your work my lead you in ten years.
