Hi John,
Thank you for your nice comments. I am glad you appreciate the book. Other s will see that I do really enjoy comments about the book, & would like more input if intelligent ( unlike this Massimiani character). On the duplication of
some $1 chips ( as I believe this is your collecting, area, correct?) please
help us out so we can make this clear in the next book. I found one recently
on the Holiday Casino. I see we forgot to put the variant of the two types of
hats & canes (on one the canes are longer). At times we though we put in
info & then when seeing the final product these little notes were not there.
On hot stamped chips there are a few casinos or so which reordered & had the 2 different $1 verses $1.00.
Please ask us any questions so that anything you look up we can hopefully
clear it up. On the California Hotel $1 as you bid on ebay I dont know
of a grey one. Could you make a post to this board to see if anyone has
one? Enjoy the book & please let us clear up any questions- this is to everyone! Rarities were a huge job by me & I feel this is important as it
is a factor in figuring the value of a given chip. These are very accurate
but again I welcome info. but so far noone has been able to give any. All the best in your collecting. James C.
