Hi, Gene. The name (Hot-Cha Chip Game) could have been one of those carnival games played at beach town amusement parks in that era. I recall the story of the "Circle Game" operated by Bill Harrah and his father at Venice Beach at that same era, and Long Beach, CA had carnival/betting games too.
