Only a guess, Gene. I would think they were used in Jeffersonville, IN,
which is only across the Ohio River from Louisville. Newport & Covington
(about 90 miles from Louisville) usually got shipments delivered direct to
the joint or to Cincinatti.
The clubs in Louisville near Churchill Downs and on 7th St. Rd. were small
operations like card rooms behind bars & cafes.
The "100" chips in 6 colors may have been roulettes and the whites used for
poker or craps. Again, only a guess, would be Club Greyhound, which was the
largest and had many styles of chips, some with initials of owners & partners.
